I’m so bad at remembering to update here when I get published in magazines or in blogs. I’m rather good at getting published but I find just getting the actual weddings posted is consuming enough. Soooo with a little time to spare today I’m posting a recent Hotel Del wedding feature run by Ceremony Magazine – San Diego edition. Thanks for the feature Amy & gang! This was a really fun senior portrait (senior as in high school, not retiree) session with two best friends. Sophie & Andrew have such a great camaraderie that it was only natural to do their session together. We made sure to get photos of them both together and separately. I love that Sophie brought her surf board and wanted to play with the beach-girl theme. I knew we would get enough “appropriate” images for her family that throwing in this fun twist just for her would work. Neither of them wanted their parents there, but it wouldn’t have hurt to have had at least one extra person there to help carry props and clothes.
