I just love the fresh, preppy feeling of this wedding. From the little wood church to the navy sport coats. This wedding has such an east coast feel to me. Navy and green always does that to me.

Thanks to Jill and Luke’s great wedding team this beautiful wedding was a joy to photograph. Victoria at Coronado Weddings was the coordinator, she definitely kept us all on schedule. The talented Kathy Wright did an amazing job with the flowers. Concepts Event Design of course brought in the furniture for the guests to enjoy and lounge around on. As always the Hotel Del brought the stunning backdrop and impeccable service to tie everything together.

I’m so bad at remembering to update here when I get published in magazines or in blogs. I’m rather good at getting published but I find just getting the actual weddings posted is consuming enough. You might remember Emily and Eric if you are a fan of my Facebook page, they’ve been plastered all over it starting with their engagement session. Needless to say I’ve had a great time with them over the last year. From their engagement at Bogart Yogurt in Pacific Beach to their grand wedding at the Del it had been a really fun ride! Sonia, Sean and their two lovely children took a little trip to San Diego to get married. I LOVE little weekday weddings like this! It was a beautiful albeit windy Wednesday and the 7 of us (if you include my assistant and I as well as the officiant) had a blast.

Katharine was downright giddy getting into her amazing Vera Wang gown. It was so cute. She was like a kid playing dress up when it came to playing with her floor length veil as well. All the stuff great images are made of!

Another beautiful day at the beach at the Del, what more could I ask for? Amanda wanted a “Black & White” wedding and she got it. The decor was perfect thanks to Adrianne Smith Floral Design and of course the event went without a hitch thanks to the fabulous Susanne Duffy of Crown Weddings. I also really loved the bridesmaid dresses from J.Crew, they were easy and comfortable and made everyone look great!
