I love rehearsal parties! The stress of the actual wedding day is not quite present yet, pretty yet simple decor abounds and the wine (or signature cocktail) flows.
This day it was Michelle & Jeremy’s turn and their lovely soiree was held at Brockton Villa in La Jolla, California. Their food is great, their view is even better and their service… yes, you guessed it, to die for.

Vera & Aleks are both 4th year students at UCSD, both are entering the medical field and both want to put their degrees to use helping those less fortunate then themselves. The are both equally dedicated to their religion as well. The fact that they met in a coffee shop here in San Diego yet are both from practically the same town in Ukraine wasn’t lost on them either. This is one amazing couple who seem destined to end up together. Seeing them together and their love for each other leaves no doubts. I just can’t wait to photograph their beautiful babies some day! It also didn’t hurt that they had a 2-hour wedding on a weekday…. so refreshing for me to have a little change of pace.
